Positive developments on the real estate market

The study included a total of 36 countries, of which 19 of them recorded an increase in property prices in the 12 months ending with the first quarter of 2010. according to Global Property Guide. Many European countries have continued to record strong recovery, led by Finland, where the price increase of 11.03 percent in one year to end March 2010.
The growth even more pronounced by the said Great Britain, where prices increased by 5.43 percent over the same period a year earlier, where the largest price increase was recorded in London, amounting to even 15.7 percent. On the other hand, the fallen countries such as Spain, Iceland and Lithuania have been affected by continued strong price decline, although at a somewhat lower rates compared to previous year.
