The entrance to the building will be equipped with an aluminum door with an electric lock, and access control will be enabled via a video intercom, code reader or RFID chip. The common staircase will be made of stone, with a modern-design metal railing. For the needs of future telecommunications connections, a UTP network installation up to the roof has been carried out. The building’s surroundings will be decorated with a combination of paving stones and green areas, while the thermal facade will be made of 8–10 cm of graphite EPS or mineral wool, with a finish according to the architectural solution. The facility will be connected to the city sewer network.

Parking

The apartment has a 15 m2 parking space. For the purpose of charging electric vehicles, a cable has been prepared from the apartment to the parking space, which enables a simpler future installation of the charger.
