House with sea view

The house with a sea view is located in a quiet bay in Grebastica, only 10 km from Sibenik and the same distance from Primosten. 10m away from the beach!
The house consists of three floors with a total gross living area of approx. 350 m2, and a garden of 610 m2.

The ground floor of the house contains: a living room with a terrace of 14 m2, a bathroom, a boiler room, a kitchen with a dining room with access to a terrace of 26 m2.
The first floor of the house contains: a living room with a 14 m2 terrace, a kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom and two bedrooms.
The second floor contains: a living room with a 22m2 terrace, a kitchen with a dining room, a bathroom and a bedroom.
