Island of Brac, exclusive sale of land by the sea on the south side of the island. The total area of the land is 127 314 m2 and currently, according to the Spatial Plan of the Municipality of Nerežišća, commercial and residential buildings can be built on it for the purpose of performing agricultural and livestock activities. The land is of southern orientation, has a beautiful view  the sea and the island  Hvar. Next to the land is a beautiful natural pebble beach. The newly constructed road runs along the land. The famous tourist destination Bol is approx. 10 kilometers. Brac Airport is approx. 25 km.
The land is a legacy of an old family from the island of Brac and has a proper ownership.
