After finishing high school in his native Slavonia, Goran moved to Dalmatia—specifically to Vodice—where he began his journey in the real estate sales and brokerage industry, a career that has now spanned more than 20 years.

Throughout all these years filled with wonderful moments, satisfied clients, and relationships with buyers and sellers that have grown into lasting friendships, this is a profession that truly fulfills him—one where there are no unknowns for him.

With his experience and knowledge, Goran offers clients a sense of security when purchasing property, a high level of professionalism, and a pleasant atmosphere where clients never feel discomfort or uncertainty.

He possesses exceptional negotiation skills, the ability to establish trust with clients, and a strong focus on achieving satisfaction for all parties involved. These skills are further enriched by his legal knowledge gained during his Administrative Law studies and work experience, including in-depth understanding of Croatian laws and regulations.

He has managed construction projects from the issuance of building permits to the completion and sale of the final product. Goran is highly familiar with the real estate market in Croatia and continuously follows industry trends, updates, and changes.
