New construction in Brodarica – sea view and terrace

Apartment S2 with a sea view is for sale, located on the first floor of a small residential building under construction, in a quiet environment and only 20 meters from the sea and the beach . The interior doors will be made in a white matte finish, with hidden hinges and magnetic locks, while the partition walls will be made in the Knauf system. The terrace will be finished with 3 cm thick stone covers and surrounded by laminated safety glass. The apartment will have a burglar-resistant and fire-resistant entrance door, and the electrical installations are planned with modular sockets and switches from manufacturers such as Vimar and TEM.

The building will have a stone staircase with a modern metal fence. The entrance to the building will be made with an aluminum door with an electric lock and a video intercom, with the possibility of access using a code book or RFID chip. For future telecommunications connections, a UTP network installation up to the roof has been carried out. The landscaping provides for a combination of paving stones and green areas. The thermal facade will be made of 8–10 cm of graphite EPS or mineral wool, with a finishing finish according to the architectural solution. The building will be connected to the city sewer network.

Parking

The apartment comes with a 15 m2 parking space. Preparations are also planned for charging electric vehicles, with the cable being routed from the apartment to the parking space.
