New construction in Brodarica – 20 m from the sea with a view

The interior will be further complemented by white matte interior doors with hidden hinges and magnetic locks. The partition walls will be constructed using the Knauf system. The terrace will feature 3 cm thick stone cladding and a laminated safety glass railing. The entrance to the apartment will be secured with a burglar-proof and fire-resistant door, while the electrical installations will include modular sockets and switches from renowned manufacturers such as Vimar and TEM.

The common areas of the building will be designed with an emphasis on a contemporary look, including a stone staircase and a modern-design metal fence. Access to the building will be provided through an aluminum entrance door with an electric lock and video intercom, with the option of using a code book or RFID chip. For the needs of future telecommunications connections, a UTP network installation up to the roof has been carried out. The building’s surroundings will be decorated with a combination of paving stones and green areas. The thermal facade is planned to be made with 8–10 cm of graphite EPS or mineral wool, with a finish defined by the architectural solution. The building will be connected to the city sewer network.

Parking

The apartment has a 15 m2 parking space. The possibility of charging an electric vehicle in the future is also foreseen, with a cable running from the apartment to the associated parking space.
